Consignment Listing |
Consignment by Listing is where you agree to pay a “Set-up Fee” and “Commission.” The piano remains in your home or business; but you hire Olde Towne Piano Shop to negotiate the deal with the purchaser, entirely. In other words, we act as your Finder or Broker. This special listing of your piano will be placed in with “Olde Towne Pianos for Sale,” a separate page from the Classified Ads.
The “advertiser” will be allowed a Listing until the piano is sold for a one time Set-up Fee of only US $350 for each instrument and will remain listed until the Listing is not “renewed” or you request to “remove” the Listing or until the piano is sold. Olde Towne Piano Shop will negotiate the deal with the prospect buyer direct, although the piano remains in your home or business. If you are unable to upload your photos for your Listing, we can offer a Photo Editing Service at an additional fee of US $19.95.
You will be receiving via email within each 90 days in which you must reply about the renewal of your Listing. With this option, there is no additional fee for your Listing renewal. You can place your Consignment by Listing here on-line yourself. All you need to do is. . .
- Provide us with your contact information.
- Fully, describe your piano for sale.
- Provide, via Toll Free FAX #866-618-9698, a copy of the required Appraisal and Evaluation done by a qualified Registered Piano Technician (RPT) member of the Piano Technicians Guild in your area. (We will verify the information with your Technician.)
- Pay Set-up Fee for the Consignment by Listing (and applicable Photo Editing Service Fee) with your credit card on-line.
- Submit digital, high-resolution photos of your piano by email attachment. (Click here for Photo Suggestion Views.) The applicable Photo Editing Service Fee will apply if you are unable to submit photos via email, and you send the photos via “snail mail.”
- Print the Contract Agreement for “Consignment by Listing” and Commission Payment after you click “Terms and Conditions.” Complete the information under “Instrument Owner” and Sign this Contract Agreement for “Consignment by Listing” and Commission Payment. Your signed Contract Agreement to Olde Towne Piano Shop must be returned for our signature and then we will send a copy to you for your files.
- You will receive confirmation via email that your Listing will be placed on our web site, under “Olde Towne Pianos for Sale.”
